The developer of the Parkville Gardens Stages 9-12 has applied for increased building heights – St 9 40 to 67m; St 10 43 to 61m; St 11 40 to 79m; St 12 49 to 54m (already approved).   Note 79m is equivalent to a 26 storey building!!

The COM has put in an objection to this overdevelopment.
